Other rental periods can be negotiated with owner during the October - April rental period. 3 night minimum is required.
Holiday Rates - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - 3000 per week or $500.00 a night / 3 night minimum.
Rates based on 10 guests, each additional guest $150.00 per week. - Cash or Check accepted

Check In: Check in is Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and Checkout is Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Late fee of $200 will apply if checking out late.
Pack and Go: For an additional $200 fee renters can leave all the cleaning to us and just pack their bags and leave. This option must be reserved in advance and is a flat rate regardless of rental length.
Security Deposit is due within 90days, $400. This will be refunded if no damage is found. Full rental rate if you are due within 90 days of reservation date.
Absolutely no pets allowed unless they are required for the impaired. No Smoking in the Lodge
All rates subject to MN sales tax of 6.875%.

Referral & Loyalty Rewards Program

Refer a friend and receive $250 credit toward your weeks stay. Can not be combined with any other offer and only one referral can be used at a time with a week booking. There is no maximum allowed referrals you can give us. Stay with us 5 times and receive $500 off your 6th stay.

Your Reservation

Print 2 copies of the rental agreement and do the following on each copy:

Place name, address, phone number, and e-mail address on the first page,
Place the rental starting and ending dates on line 2,
Place the rental rate on line 3,
Choose to accept or decline the “Pack-n-Go” option on line 3b,
Place the total rent (rental rate + Pack-n-Go option) on line 3b,
Read the entire document,
Place your initials at the bottom of each page, 4 pages in total,
Place your initials after lines 9, 10, 18,
Sign and date the bottom of page 4,
